Arrival Handling Procedure for Singapore Airlines Passengers
Please approach the SIA Stopover Counter at Terminal 2 (near Coach Bay) or SIA Stopover Counter at Terminal 3 (near Coach Bay) upon arrival.

Transfers between Changi International Airport and hotel are provided by coach or mini-bus on "Seat-In-Coach" basis.

Arrival and departure transfers booking can be made preferably one week in advance. For passengers arriving at Terminal 1, please proceed to Terminal 2 by sky train. Should you require further assistance, please contact the airport hotline.
