  • Passengers have to pay upon arrival Batam Fery Terminal, our local guide/representative will collect directly from passengers upon meet & greet at Ferry terminal.
  • Batam Terminal Fee and Personal Accident Insurance of S$7.00 per person.
  • Local guide & driver tipping of S$2.00/pax/day.
  • Visa-on-arrival (VOA) of USD10/pax, if applicable (Max stay 7 days).
