This alfresco hawker centre is located right next to one of Singapore’s iconic landmarks, Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. Founded by photo journalist KF Seetoh, Makansutra Gluttons Bay boasts a compilation of the city’s most-loved local favourites like sambal (chilli paste) stingray, chilli crab and chicken rice.
